We had a minor issue with a flat tire on our scooter, but the manager, Ketut, quickly solved it by providing us with a new scooter within 10 minutes. The customer service at Jingga Villas is exceptional and they go above and beyond to address any concerns. The staff makes you feel at home and the rooms and outdoor bathrooms are excellent. The owners listen to feedback and continuously improve their services. The pool is great and the meals prepared by Wayan are delicious. We also enjoyed the snorkeling trip recommended by the staff. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

While the staff was friendly and attentive, they sometimes crossed the line into being a bit too pushy and overly attentive - it became intrusive at times. depending on the room location, the noise from nearby traffic could be quite loud and disruptive.

Celebrating my New Year at this cozy and nice place was amazing. The staff was very friendly, always greeting me with a smile. They also recommended places to go and things to do, like snorkeling and visiting famous attractions within walking distance. The food and location were fantastic, and I particularly enjoyed borrowing a scooter with a full tank for just 70000 IDR, allowing me to explore the entire area!

Being in a tropical island, the nature can be noisy sometimes, with geckos and roosters making sounds at night. However, it was easy to solve this issue by bringing earplugs.

This hotel surpassed all our expectations. The villas were spacious and well-equipped, perfect for a relaxing stay by the pool or exploring the island.
